Mdf material has a uniform internal structure, is also extremely moderate in density, and has excellent dimensional stability and is not easy to deform.
It has high internal bonding strength and elastic modulus, and its surface is extremely smooth and flat. It can also fully meet the needs of secondary processing. It can be used for peeling veneer, planing thin wood, making paint paper and impregnated paper, and can also be directly painted or printed for decoration.
Mdf material also has excellent processing performance, which can be processed by drilling, tenoning, milling, sanding, etc., and its performance is superior to many building materials. In the process of production, some waterproof agents, fireproof agents, preservatives, etc. can also be added to optimize its performance.
1. It is one of the most close to natural wood among all kinds of artificial wood. Its structure is uniform, the density is moderate, the board surface is smooth and delicate, and it is easy to carry out various finishing treatments.
2. With good dimensional stability, uniform core layer, good mechanical processing and molding performance on the surface and edge of the board, and various thickness and size specifications, MDF can meet the needs of various manufacturing processes. 3. Medium density fiberboard is a homogeneous porous material with good acoustic performance. It can enhance the sound absorption performance of wooden doors when used to make wooden doors.
